Information we collect

When you request The Pregame Wellness Check-In, we collect the first name and email address you provide.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the resource, enroll eligible subscribers in The Final Pregame guided email experience, send occasional Notes from Danielle, maintain the subscriber list, and understand how the resource is being requested. We do not sell your personal information.

Email delivery

Kit stores the subscriber profile and preferences, organizes the applicable email tags, and delivers the requested emails on Danielle’s behalf. This website does not maintain a separate subscriber list. Before the published enrollment deadline, seven guided emails are scheduled for September 24–30, 2026. After the deadline, new subscribers receive only the evergreen Wellness Check-In path and future Notes from Danielle.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. Doing so updates your email preference in Kit and stops future Notes from Danielle, including any remaining Final Pregame emails. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting Danielle.

Data care

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect subscriber information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here.
